POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® (PQ®) Empowers Leadership
For Individuals through PQ®--Check out this initial 6-Week + Ongoing Growth for a year!
As a Leadership Coach, I implement POSITIVEINTELLIGENCE® up to a 1-year leadership coaching experience to navigate a challenging season of change in your work and/or personal life.
1. The initial experience begins with an overall 7th Level Leadership Assessment.
2. The launch of the coaching experience includes a 6-week intensive POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Program that incorporates your leadership assessment and ongoing implementation to grow mental fitness.
3. The program continues with bi-monthly sessions and periodic communication via email and text.
Before our meeting, I will have you complete the Introductory Assessment like a John Maxwell leadership training would do so we can discuss further and evaluate if this fits your personal and professional mission and goals. Once we have the meeting experience, we assess your interest in leadership coaching with PQ and discuss the participation fees and benefits.
